Riser Plumbing and Water responded same day - leak was near the water main and valve needed to be replaced with multiple breaches in the current brass. Greg is knowledgable and professional, he made recommendations based on some other concerns I had and identified a line that needed to be brought up to code to prevent any contamination to our existing water softener. Wonderful to work with, good value. Don't hesitate to call if service is needed. Highly recommend!
Greg is awesome at his job. He has a wealth of knowledge in his field and is honest about the most cost effective options for the job. I feel secure knowing when Greg has completed the job, it has been done right. I might have to pay more money, but at least I know I won't have to pay to fix a messed up job done by a diy-er or someone claiming to "know" how to fix something. Security that a job well done is worth its weight in gold.

There is a reason Greg has all 5 star ratings. We had a leak at our main line coming from the well. I called Greg late on a Monday and by Tuesday at 1:00 he was out to make the repair. Greg was courteous, professional, and all around a great guy to work with! We had him replace a outdoor water spigot that was leaking, which required an access panel to be installed inside the house. The entire job only took an hour and he left the area spotless. The price seemed very fair and we were happy to support a local business. We will definitely use Greg for our future plumbing needs!

Greg has done quite a bit of work for us in the last couple years. He did a bathroom rough-in, repaired a water heater in one house, and replaced a water heater and softener in another house. He's also done some smaller plumbing repairs as needed. We have greatly appreciated his quick response and professionalism, and he does high quality work. Greg has done quite a few projects for me. The first one was a new toilet install, right before I was hosting Thanksgiving. He has done a bathroom remodel and water heater repair and installation. He always does great work and makes sure all my questions are answered. His work is done well and quickly. I defiantly recommend Riser Plumbing!
Greg added a water line with shut off for our new combi range. He knew exactly what he needed to do and got the job done quickly and cleaned up when they finished. Before they left he showed me what they did and how to turn off the water line for the stove. Greg had a great idea to put the shut off valve inside the cabinet next to the stove so we wouldn’t have to pull out the stove to turn off the water.
